The cost of therapy should be stated plainly, and it should hold no surprises. The first question is a simple one, and it concerns not what you can afford but which door your insurance opens.
Booked through Grow Therapy or Headway Insurance
Perennial works with Grow Therapy and with Headway to serve clients whose plans those platforms accept. Each confirms coverage, states the cost of a session in advance, and manages the billing, so that no charge arrives unannounced.

Perennial Access
Perennial Access is a reduced-fee care pathway for individuals and couples who are uninsured, underinsured, or whose insurance is not currently accepted by Perennial.
Through a one-time enrollment fee, clients may access reduced-fee therapy options with participating licensed clinicians and supervised graduate student therapists. Sessions are paid individually as they occur, so clients can begin care in a way that fits their needs, availability, and budget. This is not a prepaid therapy subscription. It is a pathway into thoughtful, individualized care when traditional insurance coverage is not available or does not meet the client’s needs.
