Grow Therapy and Headway do not accept every insurer. A client whose plan cannot be accepted is not turned away; such a client is welcomed through the same door as those who choose to pay privately, and that door is membership.

Membership is the path most private-pay clients will find suits them, and it is the settled arrangement for those whose insurance cannot be billed through Grow Therapy or Headway. It is not, however, a gate. A client who wishes to begin with a single session, and to decide from there, is welcome to do precisely that. The first conversation concerns fit before it concerns frequency, and that order is deliberate.
